‘my tools’

I developed a keen interest in photography during Architecture schooling. In 2003 my parents bought me my first camera - Olympus zoom - a film camera. I was obsessed with zoom - as one can capture details standing away from the subject. I will be posting my work from this camera on the website soon!

In 2011, I bought my first DSLR camera, Canon D1000 (18-55mm kit), in addition to this 10-18mm lens and 55-250mm lens. Pretty heavy Huh! I have done quite a bit of photography with this - experimenting with low lights, slow shutter speed, manual operations etc.

In 2013, I bought an iPhone and, since then, the photography changed - a compact device in your pocket, always ready to shoot and with every upgrade, the quality improved.

Most recently, I have added Leica D-Lux 7 to my creative collection. A compact camera, with manual function option - just the right size and appropriate weight! and I love it.
